The Apple Of My Eye

On Thursday Jeff and I went to a Fiona Apple concert. It was AWESOME!!! Out seats were down in the pit, about 9 rows back...ALMOST the perfect seats, but I always want better. Her voice was amazing, she performed so well...she was very expressive and didn't see to care if the audience thought she was weird or crazy or whatever. She was herself. Her singing sounded just as good live as it did on her albums. Often bands or singers will touch up the album after recording and then they sound crappy live, but she didn't. She just put her heart and soul into this performance, and I'd LOVE to see her in concert again. And even though I had to drag Jeff to see it, he actually liked it a lot and would not mind seeing her in concert again. Definitely one of the best I've ever been to, even though I haven't been to very many. I highly recommend to everyone that you try to catch her in concert. Even though we were pretty close to the stage, pics didn't turn out very good b/c our camera is not meant for taking far-away pictures; the zoom pretty much sucks. But here are the best three...
